A Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) helped a passenger deliver baby on-board. HS Rana, TTE of Delhi Division came forward to help woman since no doctor was available at the moment. Father of the baby, said, “TTE sir helped us a lot, he even made announcement for a doctor, couldn't find any doctor, then few women came forward to help us out.”
