While speaking to ANI, Director General of Police, DK Pandey in Jharkhand said, “IEDs were installed by Naxals to affect the election process. A joint operation by CoBRA, Jharkhand Jaguar & Jharkhand Police is being done to clear the area. Anti-personnel mine was triggered by Naxals today. 11 jawans are injured and 3 are in critical condition.” IED blast took place earlier today in Jharkhand’s Saraikela.
