Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law and businessman Robert Vadra clarified on his vehicle getting challaned by Delhi Police for dangerous driving and claimed that he was not even driving. Robert Vadra said, “It was a simple incident which occurred around Nizamuddin when my car was taking right turn. A taxi driver missed his turn (Barapulla turn) & started reversing. It was my driver who pulled brakes on time. I wasn't even driving. I was in back seat, working on laptop.” The vehicle of Robert Vadra was challaned under Section 184 of The Motor Vehicles Act (dangerous driving). Vadra was going to his office on June 23 morning with his security personnel. Suddenly his car was hit from behind after it decelerated.
