He said, “People should consume hot food items and also avoid going to outer places if it isn’t required. The chances of infection get reduced if you get influenza vaccination done on time.” “Morning walkers should do exercise at their residence where the environment is little bit heated. They can go out when it is slightly sunny so that they will not get in contact with problems,” Gogia added.
