The Gujarat High Court on Tuesday (November 26) directed the state police administration to trace the two missing women, believed to be abroad, in Nithyananda case, and produce them before court, even as the next hearing in the case has been allotted for December 10. Advocate Pritesh Shah said, “This writ will be alive till they appear in court.” The habeas corpus petition was moved by a Bengaluru-based couple who claimed their daughters are being ‘illegally confined’ by Nithyananda’s acolytes in his ashram.
