A horseman said, "We were expecting good business during snowfall but COVID-19 has played spoilsport. Our business has adversely affected. Earlier, we were hopeful that after lockdown, our business will grow but nothing has happened as per expectation.” Horsemen are the glory of Shimla since the British era.
