Flood leaves villagers homeless in Assam’s Dibrugarh

Due to rising water level of Brahmaputra and Dibru Rivers, villagers of Laika and Dodhia are fighting for their survival. Ever year in monsoon, the villagers fight for rehabilitation. Several people have become homeless as water has entered in their houses. Locals allege that the government has not taken any action on it.
