Eastern Command Chief Lt General Anil Chauhan retires

General Officer Commanding (GOC)-in-Chief of Eastern Command Lieutenant General Anil Chauhan received the guard of honor at Fort William, Kolkata as he retired. He paid tribute to the fallen soldiers. Lt Gen Anil Chauhan joined the office as Eastern Army Commander on September 1, 2019. On June 1, Lieutenant General Manoj Pande will take charge as Eastern Command chief.
