Doctor says West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee sustained severe bony injuries and bruises

IPGMER & SSKM Hospital Kolkata briefed about the health status of West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee today. Director Dr Manimoy Bandopadhya said, “On her arrival, she got immediately admitted and was examined by senior doctors. Initial examination suggests severe bony injuries in her left ankle, foot and bruises, injuries in right shoulder, forearm and neck. CM complained of chest pain, breathlessness since the incident. She is kept under close watch for 48 hours. Honourable CM is presently traumatized and is under close observation.” West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee was attacked by a few persons during her visit to Nandigram on March 10.
