Dengue cases rise in Udhampur

Apart from COVID-19, the rising cases of dengue have triggered a new health challenge in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. Fresh cases of vector-borne disease have been reported in the district.Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Udhampur Dr. Vijay Raina said, “We have made all arrangements to curb dengue, a special laboratory and ward were established for testing and the care of Patients. We have tested 36 suspected cases of Dengue and Six Positive cases confirmed positive for Dengue.”
