Wife of Delhi Police constable late Rattan Lal, Poonam, has requested the government that the perpetrators must be punished and no softness should be done with them. “He (late Rattan Lal) had gone on duty to keep the public safe, who were opposing CAA and who were in support. There is a request from the government that those who are responsible for my husband’s death should be punished and no softness should be done with them,” said Poonam. Rattan Lal died after sustaining bullets injuries during Delhi’s Northeast violence.
