A police team of Shahdara district has recovered a amount of ?54,97,930 burgled from Union Bank of India at Vishwas Nagar branch in Shahdara. As on June 21, one PCR Call was received at PS Farsh Bazar regarding burglary in the bank, where official reached on the spot and inspected the place of incident in which it was found that a hole was drilled out in the wall of Server Room of bank from the adjacent under construction building. Both accused have been arrested and the investigation of the case is under progress.
