Delhi Police arrest man wanted in extortion cases

Delhi Police arrested a notorious criminal Sandeep, who was absconding in an extortion cases. Sandeep has three criminal cases registered against him in different police stations across the national capital. Sandeep along with his gang members opened fire in front a shop to intimidate the shopkeeper. He had demanded a ransom of Rs. 1 crore and threatened the shopkeeper with severe consequences. Police had already arrested four of his associates but Sandeep was absconding. After receiving a tip-off about Sandeep’s movement, police laid a trap and nabbed him from Issarpur village.
