COVID India reports over 1 lakh cases in last 24 hrs

India is witnessing a steady decline in new COVID cases in recent weeks. The country has reported 1,00,636 new COVID cases and 2427 deaths in past 24 hours. 1,74,399 people have been recovered and discharged in the same duration as per the Health Ministry. The total COVID cases stood at 2,89,09,975 till date. As per Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) as many as 36,63,34,111 samples have been tested in the country up to June 06 including 15,87,589 samples tested in last 24 hours.
