Tea growers in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra are worried about their business amid coronavirus lockdown. A Tea Company's Manager, Aman Singh said, "As movement of trucks is yet to begin all our products are here. If we don't transport tea soon will have to face at least 40% loss of cash revenue." The tea growers are also facing shortage of labourers due to the lockdown. Most of the products are exported to European countries but initially the tea company has to send it to Kolkata for auction and that too in April. Tea companies are waiting for April 20, as central government gave some relief to agriculture sector to be functional from the date.
