Air Marshal Raghunath Nambiar backed Army Chief General Bipin Rawat’s statement that some radar can’t see through clouds. He said that clouds do prevent radars from detecting accurately. “This is true up to some effect that very strong clouds and very strong convective conditions in clouds prevent radar from detecting very accurately,” said Air Marshal Nambiar. Earlier, Army Chief Bipin Rawat had said that some radars can’t see through clouds.
