Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that the Centre govt is under the impression of suppressing the spirit of Tamil people but he visited Madurai to send a message that ‘nobody is going to suppress the Tamil spirit’. Suppressing the Tamil spirit is the worst thing that Centre can do for the country. Like many other cultures, Tamil spirit is the essence of the country.
