BSF troopers brave intense heat wave to safeguard international border

Unperturbed by intense heat wave, Border Security Force personnel are perform their duty with vigilance. Troopers accompanied by camels, are safeguarding India-Pakistan border in deserts amid soaring temperatures. While border is strictly guarded, people in Jaisalmer city are not venturing out due to rising mercury. Jaisalmer Addl SP Rakesh Kumar Bairwa said, “Because of the rising temperature, the duty is becoming difficult. We have made arrangements of water bottles, have set up tents, and have arranged for lime juice. Altogether we are taking measures to boost the morale of the police officials.”
