The condition of air quality in the national capital is getting worse day by day. According to the government's air quality monitor, System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR), PM 10 is 497 and PM 2.5 reached 500 at Safdarjung Area. As the result, a thick layer of smog covered the Africa Avenue road and Vasant Vihar area in National Capital.
