Anti-government protest turns violent in Nepal

The protest turned violent in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu on Thursday as resistance against the dissolution of parliament continued to intensify in the Himalayan Nation. Several people got injured when a scuffle broke between members of the student union of a rival faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party and police near the parliament, in a bid to enter the restricted area.
