8 people die after consuming spurious liquor in Barabanki

At least eight people have died after consuming spurious liquor in Barabanki’s Ramnagar area. Lekhpal, Sadar Badel, said, "I have got the information that eight people have died in Ramnagar. Today, 3 people were admitted at the hospital out of which one person has passed away." While speaking to ANI, Jai Pratap Singh, UP Excise Minister said, “District Inspector, one Inspector, three Head Constables, five soldiers have been suspended. Departmental proceedings are being done.”
