A 30-year-old woman was allegedly strangled to death by her husband over dowry, police said on Sunday.
Sunil allegedly strangled Gita to death yesterday when he was in an inebriated state, they said.
Sunil and his father have been arrested and a case has been registered against them under relevant sections of the IPC.
The victim's father in his complaint has alleged that they used to harass Gita over dowry.
