The department of telecommunications will consider the recommendations of the telecom regulator on cancellation of licenses recently given to some companies, telecoms minister Kapil Sibal told reporters on Friday."We will consider it", said Sibal.A scandal involving spectrum allocation that a government audit said may have cost India $31 billion led to the sacking of telecoms minister Andimuthu Raja over the weekend and has turned the spotlight on companies involved.
