Two people were killed in separate incidents of crude bomb blasts in Murshidabad and Nadia district of West Bengal.

In Murshidabad's Raghunathgunj, one minor was reportedly killed when several children were playing at an under construction building and a brick fell on a bag containing live crude bombs, which immediately went off.

Seven others were injured in the incident. Of them, three are serious and are undergoing treatment at Murshidabad Mahukuma hospital. One injured has been shifted to a hospital in Kolkata.

District Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad C Sudhakar, did not respond to dna's calls or messages.

In another incident, one person was killed and two others injured in a crude bomb blast at Natungram in Nadia district of West Bengal. However, police remained tight-lipped on the incident.
