How often you see the CEO of a company dancing with employees to encourage and boost them? Not many times, right?

Well, video of Welspun India’s CEO Dipali Goenka dancing with her colleagues in office has taken the internet by storm. 

Shared by RPG Group Chairman Harsh Goenka, Dipali can be seen grooving on the beats of Street Dancer 3D song ‘Muqabla’.  Harsh Goenka shared the video with the caption, “Rare to see a CEO dance and have fun in an office setting. That’s the way to create a happy culture.”
