Counting has begun for all 243 seats in the Bihar Assembly elections 2015 and as of now the Grand Alliance led by current chief minister Nitish Kumar is surging ahead of the NDA.

The counting began at 8 AM on Sunday. Votes are locked in 62,780 EVMs with 14,580 officials on duty for the counting process in Patna and other districts.

The result will decide the fate of fate of 3450 candidates, including 272 women from all parties. The five-phased elections hat started on October 12, ended on November 5.
