A video clip which is being aired on local news channels shows the chief minister driving a two-wheeler without wearing a helmet. He has invited opposition flak for his actions.

Raghubar Das celebrated Diwali at his home in Jamshedpur, which is also his assembly constituency.

Raghubar Das along with a few people drove on his scooter for around two kilometers and visited the homes of people.

According to reports, chief Minister at a programme last year appealed to the people to move on bikes only after wearing the helmet. But now, he has been spotted breaking the same rule.
