Hilarious hug-a-thon: Watch Krishna Kumar break world record for most hugs in a minute!
Krishna Kumar set the world record by hugging the most number of people in Hyderabad.
On March 5, Krishna Kumar set the record of the maximum hugs with 79 hugs in 1 minute, at Rock Town in LB Nagar at Hyderabad. 79 hugs in one minute is a record that's never going to be easy to beat, even though some of the hugs were disqualified.
As he said, hugging boosts morale and what better a reason do you need to hug?
Updated by the Facebook page of the Guinness World Records, where people have been seen in critique of the way he hugged, some even came up with suggestions of beating the record of 79 hugs, which was encouraged by the Guinness administrator, saying, "Sounds like an interesting technique Shubham!
