In an unverified video that has surfaced online, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan from Delhi's Okhla constituency is seen making alleged hate speech against the Modi government.
In the video that is dated on February 16, the MLA can be heard abusing the Modi government for 'wrongfully arresting Muslim cleric Maulana Mufti Abdus Sami Qasmi'.
He is further heard saying, "If you people decide to gherao home minister's house...Delhi has a huge Muslim population. If you start doing it, then I can assure you that the government does not have that much courage to touch your children."
He tells the crowd to be join the protests against the government which he is going to launch soon.
About Maulana Qasmi's case:
Maulana Qasmi was arrested last month, accused of being the ideologue of caliphate, a mission taken up by the 15 ISIS suspects apprehended ahead of Republic Day celebrations. Maulana Qasim was arrested from Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh.
