VHP leader Praveen Togadia on Monday said it has evolved plans to ensure jobs for Hindu youth by establishing connectivity between youngsters and various trade bodies and industries.

Addressing a conference on "Hindu Unity" organised by Puducherry unit of the VHP here he said, the organisation was now celebrating golden jubilee of its formation. He said free medical help was available from specialists for poor and ailing sections of Hindus and a specific toll free number had also been introduced.

Free education was now available to more than 20 lakh children in 53,000 villages under an initiative of the VHP.

He also stressed the need for curbing cow slaughter.
