Vaghelas renew fight for justice

The family is still waiting for justice as the mysterious deaths of the two kids are yet to be solved and the culprits are yet to be punished. "We want their souls to rest in peace and for that, we prayed to God for the entire day and have minutely planned the struggle to bring the culprits to justice," Prafull Vaghela, the father of Dipesh, told DNA.
Vaghela was on a day's fast on the first death anniversary of the two kids and also organised Sundarkand in the evening to pray for the souls to rest in the peace. The fast was held at the Madhav Baugh Society from 8 am to 9 pm on Friday. But no one from the state government, investigating agency or even from the opposition political party visited the family.
Interestingly, some political leaders had last year promised that they would be part of people's movement for the cause of reaching the truth. However, Avin and Mahendra Chavla, the two who have been alleged victims of Asaram and his son Narayan Sai, visited Vaghela and promised their support in his fight for justice.
"Both of them will file on Monday an affidavit before the Trivedi commission about the illegal activities happening at Asaram Ashram," a source close to the development said.
Vaghela said, "The state government had played a foul play with me and my family. While the killers of my kids are roaming freely, we are still awaiting justice."
Cursing his fate, Vaghela said: "There are two big mistakes I committed in my life. One, I admitted my kids in the Asaram Gurukul. Two, I believed Narendra Modi who had assured me a flawless investigation in the case." Unhappy with the current pace of investigation, Vaghela has demanded a CBI inquiry in the case.
