Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will chair a meeting on Wednesday in the national capital to chalk out the strategy ahead of the 2017 Assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, at which poll strategist Prashant Kishor is expected to be present.
According to reports, 30-35 state leaders have been called for the deliberations being held at a time when the All India Congress Committee (AICC) has held consultations with DCC presidents and block Congress Committee chiefs on candidates' selection.
