Two suspected activists of the Jharkhand Prastuti Committee (JPC), an extremist group, were today arrested near Mandal Jail here, the police said.The two were loitering near the jail when the police nabbed them and seized Rs1 lakh from them, the sources said.    After initial interrogation, the police said they were allegedly waiting to hand over the money to a self-styled sub-zonal commander of the JPC, the police said.    JPC is a breakaway group of the CPI (Maoist) and are having a turf war with the Maoists.
