Two Maoists killed in Orissa encounter
The encounter took place after special operations group personnel and the police raided the Pancham hills in Rebana-Palaspal forest in Daitary area, about 60km from Keonjhar.
Two Maoists were today killed in a fierce encounter with security forces in a forested and hilly area of Orissa's Keonjhar district.The encounter took place after special operations group personnel and the police raided the Pancham hills in Rebana-Palaspal forest in Daitary area, about 60km from Keonjhar.The bodies were found after the encounter which lasted seven hours.A search was being made in the forest to ascertain if there were more bodies or injured Maosists.
