Two teenaged boys were killed on the spot and another injured when the tanker lorry they were travelling in rammed into a roadside tree at Sanathykkalmedu village near here late last night, police said.
 
The injured lorry driver has been hospitalised.
 
The lorry was proceeding to Bhavani from Nerunchipet village. As it neared Sanathykkalmedu, the driver lost control over the vehicle and dashed against the tree, they said.
