In a minor reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred two IAS officers, officials said here.
 
Secretary medical and health Lalit Varma has swapped places with secretary youth welfare Prabhat Kumar Sarangi, they said.
 
The transfer order was issued last night.
