Two persons were arrested here on charges of murdering a dumb woman after molesting her in July.Police said the duo had confessed that they along with another person kidnapped the woman and molested her.Later they killed the woman and threw the body in a secluded area after removing her jewels.The two were remanded to police custody today, police said.
