Two elephants found dead in forest in Orissa

According to forest officials, there was no overhead high tension electric wire near the place, where the bodies were found. But a solar fencing system existed there.Such a big animal like elephant could not be killed if it came in contact with a solar fence, he said. After receiving the information, the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) rushed to the spot to ascertain the cause of the death, they said.
