United Liberation Front of Asom's (ULFA) self-styled commander-in-chief Paresh Baruah today said three top leaders of the outfit have escaped from a camp and have taken shelter with the army.In an e-mail to a television channel here, Baruah charged the jailed ULFA leaders of instigating the surrender.The three who had escaped from an ULFA camp are Anu Buragohain of central publicity wing of ULFA along with his family and two others - Bhaiti Baruah and Biju Deka.They are now in an army camp and are expected to surrender, Baruah said.
