Three arrested with fake currency in Kolkata

Fake currency with a face value of Rs4,3,6500 was seized by the police from three residents of Murshidabad district in Kolkata today. Acting on tip off, the Special Task Force (STF) raided a market under the flyover at Sealdah and arrested the three identified as Nazu Sk alias Munna, Hasan Sk and Rahim Baksh, STF sources said.A search of their persons revealed the fake currency in denominations of Rs1000 and 500, STF sources said.The three aged between 25 to 28 years were produced in court.
