"It is not possible to move the court today as we don't have the signatures of Anna Hazare, Shanti Bhushan, Kiran Bedi and Arvind Kejriwala on the petition," Bhushan said."Their whereabouts are not known," he added.Hazare and three members of his team were detained in the morning.
