Tamil Nadu governor Surjit Singh Barnala today administered the Communal Harmony pledge to officers of Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Sadbhavana Divas, to mark the birth anniversary of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi.An official release here said that Barnala also paid floral tributes to the portrait of Gandhi.
