Addressing a gathering in Nagpur, Swaraj attacked Congress party chief Sonia Gandhi over price rise.

"Sonia Gandhi, whenever your party comes to power, it robs common people of their income, takes money out of their pocket and make their lives difficult," said Swaraj.

"Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said he wouldn't contest for the third time. We have to make this country free of the Congress party whether he contests for the third time or not," she added.

She also urged people to defeat the Congress party in upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
