Four students from Surat have cleared the prestigious Kishore Vigyanik Protshahan Yojana (KVPY-2012) exams. In total, eight students from Gujarat cleared the exams. Darshil Joshi, Ravi Shah, Zubin Mistry and Akshit Jain managed to clear the tough competitive exams. While Darshil is class XI student, the other three are class XII students. Darshil wants to proceed with research work in nuclear science. While Ravi wants to go for bio-technology, Zubin wishes to study clinical research and Akshit has plans for medicinal research.

“I had prepared a time-table for the exams and strictly followed that. Everyday I used to study seven to eight hours. The coaching also helped me in clearing the exams,” said Darshil Joshi, a student of Bhulka-Bhuvan School.
