Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is capable of solving any problem and she will solve the problem of Andhra Pradesh also, said the state chief minister K Rosaiah without referring the Telangana issue."We see some thoughts are cropping up in recent times cutting across parties in the State. We have a strong leader. She is quite capable. Let’s leave those problems to her and we will concentrate on development," Rosaiah said while speakingat a function organised to mark completion of two years by DSrinivas as the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president.He said he knew under what circumstances he took charge as chief minister of the state and he had never felt that he was greater than all other leaders in the party.

While thanking the PCC office-bearers for organising the function, D Srinivas said Rosaiah would complete the term as CM and every minister in his cabinet is co-operating with him. He showered praise on Rosaiah with by saying that he is working hard to take developmental schemes to the poor.He said that he was appointed as PCC president twice because of his loyalty to Sonia Gandhi. "Loyalty is the only criteria in Congress. Membership enrolments and contesting elections are not the criteria to become a true Congressman. They are all technical qualification," the PCC chief told the gathering.Former chief minister N Janardhana Reddy and some of the former PCC presidents were present.
