Sohrabuddin case: Amit Shah again cries foul play in bail plea
Shah has claimed that he is being targeted as he succeeded in toppling political leaders of the INC from their posts in the Ahmedabad District Co-operative Bank, Gujarat State Co-operative Bank and Gujarat Cricket Association.
Congress has used Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as its 'political wing' in the investigation of the Sohrabuddin Shaikh fake encounter case, alleged Amit Shah in his bail application which is posted for hearing on August 2.
Shah has claimed in the application that he is being targeted as he succeeded in toppling political leaders of the Indian National Congress (INC) from their posts in the Ahmedabad District Co-operative Bank, Gujarat State Co-operative Bank and Gujarat Cricket Association. Shah further said that the Congress has used the CBI as a tool to tarnish his uncontroversial and clear image.
