Slain gangster's wife wins panchayat election in Ghaziabad
Deepa Tyagi defeated Vibhuti, daughter-in-law of Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister for Rural Education Rajpal Tyagi, by a margin of 35 votes.
Slain gangster Ravinder Tyagi's wife Deepa Tyagi today won the panchayat election in Ghaziabad district.Deepa defeated Vibhuti, daughter-in-law of Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister for Rural Education Rajpal Tyagi, by a margin of 35 votes.She said she now has plans to contest the Presidential election of district panchayat here.Ravinder was shot dead in broad day light in October 2009 in a police encounter near Mohan Nagar.
