Six suspected outlaws were today arrested for allegedly attacking a Congress leader's house and a police station during the recent Maoist bandh in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district, police said.Six Naxals -- Channu Ram Mandavi, Annu Futane alias Anil Kumar, Sudru Ram Kunjam, Aanda, Harish Podiyami, and RamuBhaskar -- were arrested for the attack on the house of Congress leader Avdesh Gautam on July 8 killing two of his relatives and injuring two others, they said.Following a tip-off, the accused were arrested from Cholnar, Gidam, Kadampal, Potali, and Kuper villages, Dantewada police said.Four jeeps and a motorcycle used during the attacks werealso seized, they added.According to police, nearly 150 Naxals were involved in the attack, who also simultaneously struck at a police station.Naxals belonging to the Malangir Area Committee and Bhansi LOS, which fall under the Darbhanga division, were involved in the attack, they said.
