Some members of the Sikh community in Australia on Wednesday protested in front of Parliament house and Indian High Commission in Canberra opposing the execution of Babbar Khalsa militant Balwant Singh Rajoana.Wearing orange turbans, Sikhs rallied outside Parliament and presented a letter to Prime Minister Julia Gillard's office opposing the execution, according to media reports here.An Indian court has ordered the execution of Rajoana, convicted for his involvement in the assassination of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh, on March 31.The protesters came from other cities including Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.The protesters also took their cause to the nearby Indian High Commission.
