Describing as inadequate the security arrangement in the Maoist effected pockets in Bihar, ruling BJP today demanded that Election Commission took all steps to ensure fair and peaceful fifth and final phases of election in the state."It reflects that the security arrangements are not adequate" state BJP President CP Thakur said while reacting to the ultras killing one JD(U) activist in Dumaria police station area in Gaya district early today.He demanded that the Commission take all possible steps to ensure fair and peaceful elections on November 9 and November 20.Deputy chief minister SK Modi suggested that if necessary the Commission should seek deployment of more central para military personnel for the next two phases of election in Bihar.
